The MCR SAFETY FF2931XXL is a cut-resistant mechanics glove built for demanding industrial and field environments. It incorporates D3O impact-absorbing material in both the palm and the back of hand — a dual-location application designed to dissipate impact and vibration across the full hand. The cut-resistant Hypermax liner achieves a cut level of A5, making this glove appropriate for work involving sharp materials, edges, or high-abrasion contact. The palm features an orange grid pattern in synthetic suede for grip performance in dry, wet, and oily conditions. Weight is 0.7 pounds per packaged unit. Licensed tradespeople, industrial workers, and field technicians in oil and gas, construction, and mechanical trades are the primary installers and end users.
The FF2931XXL was developed specifically for oil and gas field applications where grip reliability and hand protection must perform simultaneously. The two-way spandex back, expansion gusset cuff, and hybrid fourchettes allow a full range of motion without sacrificing structural integrity. The reinforced thumb crotch addresses a common high-stress failure point in mechanics gloves. A slip-on cuff with a pull tab and ID panel supports quick donning and personal identification in crew environments. The glove is machine washable and air dry only.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-purchase mechanics glove for industrial, oil and gas, and construction hand-protection programs requiring ANSI cut level A5 performance in a size 2X-Large.
This glove is donned and doffed by the end user and does not require tools or fasteners. Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, tears, or degradation of the palm grip surface. Follow applicable site safety programs and PPE standards, including ANSI/ISEA 105 hand protection guidelines, when selecting gloves for specific hazard levels. Machine wash only; air dry to preserve D3O material properties and liner integrity.
