The MCR SAFETY FF137 is a pair of ForceFlex FF1 Series safety glasses built around a patented multi-injection molding process that fuses the polycarbonate lens directly with a flexible Thermo Plastic Urethane (TPU) frame. This construction delivers military ballistic-level impact resistance rated above 1000 feet per second. The frame flexes to accommodate a wide range of face sizes, making a single pair suitable across a mixed crew. These glasses meet MIL-PRF-31013 clause 3.5.1.1 and exceed ANSI Z87+ for high-velocity impact protection. The dual-material temples use Thermo Plastic Rubber (TPR) for comfort against the skin and polycarbonate for structural durability.
The FF137 is suited for general industrial, construction, manufacturing, and maintenance environments where eye protection from flying debris, dust, and UV exposure is required. The silver mirror lens paired with the translucent orange frame makes this model appropriate for bright outdoor conditions or high-glare indoor settings. The Duramass scratch-resistant coating extends lens service life in demanding field conditions. The lens filters 99.9% of harmful UV rays, meeting requirements for prolonged outdoor work. Installation or distribution of these glasses is appropriate for safety coordinators, site supervisors, or any trade professional managing PPE compliance on a job site.
Designed as an OEM-style safety glass within the MCR SAFETY ForceFlex FF1 Series for use in general industrial, construction, and outdoor trade applications requiring ANSI Z87+ compliant eye protection.
Safety glasses require no installation tooling. Distribute to workers before entering any area designated as an eye-protection zone per applicable OSHA 29 CFR 1910.133 or 1926.102 requirements. Inspect lenses and frames for cracks or deformation before each use and remove from service if structural integrity is compromised. Store in a protective case when not in use to prevent lens scratching.
