The MCR SAFETY CL2MLPFRX2 is a Class 2 limited-flammability, tear-away high-visibility safety vest constructed from polyester mesh. It features 2-inch silver 3M Scotchlite reflective material running horizontally and vertically across the torso, delivering the retroreflective performance required for Class 2 applications. The hook-and-loop front closure allows for quick donning and doffing, and the tear-away design enables fast removal in entanglement situations. The open mesh construction keeps airflow moving, reducing heat load during extended outdoor shifts. This vest is intended for safety professionals, supervisors, and tradespeople who require ANSI-compliant high-visibility outerwear on active worksites.
The CL2MLPFRX2 is suited for a wide range of outdoor and high-traffic environments where ANSI/ISEA 107-2010 Class 2 Level 2 compliance is mandated or required by site safety plans. Typical applications include railroad operations, forestry, road construction, crossing guard duty, parking and toll gate management, airport baggage handling, ground crew operations, law enforcement, emergency response, and accident site investigation. It is sold individually and is also available in case quantities of 50 units, making it practical for fleet-level safety programs.
Designed as an ANSI/ISEA 107-2010 Class 2 compliant high-visibility vest for use in railroad, forestry, road construction, crossing guard, parking and toll gate, airport baggage, ground crew, law enforcement, emergency response, and accident site investigation applications.
This vest is worn by the end user and does not require tools or trade installation. Inspect the reflective material and hook-and-loop closure before each shift for wear or contamination that could reduce retroreflective performance. Follow your site safety plan and applicable federal or state high-visibility apparel regulations, such as MUTCD requirements for road construction zones, to confirm the correct garment class is being used for the exposure environment. Launder according to the garment care label to preserve reflective material performance.
