The MCR SAFETY 9828PUL is a cut, puncture, and abrasion-resistant work glove built for trade and industrial environments where hand protection is non-negotiable. Constructed with an 18-gauge aramid shell, these gloves meet ANSI/ISEA 105:2020 Cut Level A5 and provide ANSI Puncture Level 2 and ANSI Abrasion Level 3 performance. The palm and fingertips are dipped in a smooth polyurethane coating that delivers consistent grip on parts, pipe fittings, sheet metal, wire, and similar materials. At 0.11 pounds per pair, the lightweight design allows extended wear without fatigue. The seamless aramid lining and knit cuff construction keep the fit close and comfortable across a full shift.
These gloves are suited for HVAC techs, plumbers, electricians, and general tradespeople handling sheet metal ductwork, conduit, copper fittings, glass fiber insulation, and other sharp-edged materials. The polyurethane palm coating supports touchscreen use, which is useful on job sites where workers need to interact with digital controls or tablets without removing gloves. The gray PU palm and finger coating provides a clean grip surface in both dry and lightly oily conditions. Sized Large, these gloves fit most adult male hands and are listed as a Women's Medium equivalent. Sold as a pair.
Designed as an OEM-style protective glove replacement or first-issue supply for trade professionals requiring ANSI A5 cut resistance in a lightweight coated glove format.
Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, tears, or coating separation that could compromise protection levels. These gloves do not provide arc flash, electrical insulation, or chemical splash protection and should not be used as a substitute for task-specific PPE where those hazards are present. Follow your employer's PPE program and applicable OSHA 1910.138 personal protective equipment standards when selecting hand protection for a specific task.
