The MCR SAFETY 9693XXL is a cut-resistant work glove built for trade and industrial environments where hand protection and task feel both matter. The shell is knit from 15-gauge stretch Kevlar fiber, providing cut resistance without sacrificing flexibility. A textured nitrile foam coating covers the palm and fingertips, improving grip on parts, tools, and materials. The glove is treated with Actifresh antimicrobial treatment to reduce odor and bacterial buildup during extended wear. At 0.15 pounds per pair, it is a lightweight option suitable for tasks requiring repeated hand movement.
This glove is suited for residential and commercial trade work, light assembly, material handling, and maintenance applications where cut hazards are present but fine motor control is still required. The seamless knit construction reduces pressure points and increases comfort during long shifts. Electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and general contractors commonly use gloves of this type during rough-in and service work where sharp edges, sheet metal, or wire handling are involved.
Designed as a general-purpose cut-resistant glove for trade and industrial use in size 2X-Large. Sold as a pair.
Inspect gloves before each use for tears, punctures, or coating separation that could compromise cut protection. Cut-resistant gloves reduce laceration risk but do not provide puncture immunity or arc-flash protection — select the appropriate glove class for the specific hazard. Follow OSHA 29 CFR 1910.138 personal protective equipment requirements when specifying hand protection for a jobsite. Replace gloves when the shell shows visible wear or the nitrile coating delaminates.
