The MCR SAFETY 9693PUXXL is a 15-gauge cut-resistant glove designed for trade and industrial work where hand protection and dexterity must coexist. The shell is knit from DuPont Kevlar fiber, offering solid cut resistance across the entire hand. A polyurethane (PU) coating covers the palm and fingertips, adding grip and abrasion resistance while keeping the glove lightweight and flexible. At 0.12 pounds per pair, these gloves are built for extended wear without fatigue. They suit electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs, sheet metal workers, and general tradespeople who handle sharp components regularly.
These gloves are suited for light-to-medium cut-hazard applications in both residential and commercial trade environments. Common install scenarios include handling sheet metal ductwork, copper pipe, conduit, insulation with foil backing, and other materials with exposed edges. The PU-coated fingertips support touchscreen device use, allowing technicians to interact with tablets, phones, and digital controls without removing the gloves. Sold in pairs, with a minimum order quantity of 12 pairs.
Designed as a general-purpose cut-resistant glove for trade professionals working with sharp-edged materials in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and sheet metal applications.
These gloves are worn PPE and do not require installation. Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, tears, or coating separation that could compromise protection. Replace immediately if the shell or coating shows visible damage. Follow applicable OSHA hand protection requirements and your employer or site safety program when selecting gloves for specific cut-hazard levels.
