The MCR SAFETY 9690M is a general purpose work glove designed for trades and industrial environments where hand protection against abrasion, puncture, cut, and moderate heat exposure is required. The glove features a cotton and acrylic-lined construction with a latex palm-and-fingertip coating applied using a dipped crinkle finish. The crinkle texture improves grip on parts, pipe, fittings, and tools in both dry and lightly oily conditions. Sized for medium male hands or small female hands, the 9690M is sold as a pair and is suitable for HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and general maintenance personnel who need reliable hand coverage during routine service work.
The 9690M is intended for general purpose applications across residential and light commercial trade work. The full-fingered, wing-thumb design allows natural hand movement during installation and service tasks. The knit cuff provides a snug fit at the wrist to reduce debris entry. The latex coating on the palm and fingertips provides protection from minor abrasions and punctures encountered when handling sheet metal, conduit, pipe, or rough-surface materials. These gloves are appropriate for environments with incidental heat exposure up to 284 degrees F.
Designed as a general purpose hand protection solution for trade professionals in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and maintenance applications requiring palm-and-fingertip latex coating with crinkle grip.
Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, tears, or degraded coating that could reduce protection. These gloves are not rated for electrical arc flash or high-voltage work and should not be used as a substitute for insulated electrical PPE. Replace gloves when coating separation, holes, or significant wear is observed. Consult applicable OSHA hand protection standards and site safety requirements when selecting gloves for specific hazard exposures.
