The MCR SAFETY 9687M is a cut-resistant work glove constructed from 100% Kevlar fiber with a blue latex palm and fingertip coating. The 10-gauge knit shell provides a balance of cut protection, breathability, and hand mobility suited to trade environments where sharp edges, sheet metal, glass, or abrasive materials are regularly handled. The latex rubber coating adds grip and abrasion resistance on the palm and fingers where contact wear is highest. These gloves are launderable, supporting reuse across multiple jobs or shifts.
The 9687M is suited for general industrial, mechanical, and construction applications where cut hazards are present. Typical use cases include handling sheet metal ductwork, pipe fitting, light demolition, and material handling. The medium size targets a broad range of hand profiles. Sold in pairs, with a minimum order quantity of 12 pairs, these gloves are a standard stock item for contractors and service shops outfitting crews.
Designed as a general-purpose cut-resistant glove for trade professionals in HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, electrical, and related construction and industrial applications.
Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, tears, or coating separation that would reduce protection. While the shell and palm materials are non-conductive, these gloves are not rated as electrical insulating gloves and should not substitute for NFPA 70E or OSHA-compliant arc flash or high-voltage PPE. Replace gloves when the Kevlar shell or latex coating shows visible wear or damage.
