The MCR SAFETY 9672REXL is a cut-resistant work glove built on a 13-gauge shell blended from DSM Dyneema Diamond Technology fiber, nylon, and spandex. DSM Dyneema is a high-modulus polyethylene (HMPE) fiber rated 15 times stronger than surgical steel. The shell carries a salt-and-pepper gray finish and is coated on the palm and forefinger with a water-based polyurethane (PU) compound for grip and abrasion resistance. A reinforced PU thumb crotch and forefinger extend wear life at the two highest-wear contact points. These gloves are sized X-Large and sold in pairs.
This glove is suited for light to medium industrial applications where cut hazard and dexterity are both priorities. Typical environments include assembly, parts handling, light fabrication, and warehouse operations. The spandex content in the shell provides conforming fit that reduces hand fatigue during extended wear. The PU palm coating maintains tactile sensitivity while protecting against cuts and abrasion on contact surfaces. The reinforced thumb crotch addresses the early failure point common in gloves used for repetitive gripping tasks.
Designed as an OEM-style cut-resistant glove for general industrial, assembly, and material-handling applications requiring dexterity and HMPE-fiber cut protection.
Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, tears, or coating separation that would reduce protection. Follow your facility hazard-assessment program and applicable ANSI/ISEA 105 cut-level requirements when selecting this glove for a task. Do not use these gloves as a substitute for arc-flash, chemical-splash, or high-heat PPE where those hazards are present.
