The MCR SAFETY 96715XS is a palm-coated work glove engineered for puncture and abrasion resistance in demanding trade and light industrial applications. Built on a 15-gauge salt and pepper nylon shell, the glove features a black nitrile foam coating on the palm and fingertips for reliable grip on wet and dry surfaces. It carries an ANSI/ISEA Puncture Resistance Level 2 and Abrasion Resistance Level 3 rating, making it appropriate for handling sheet metal, conduit, pipe, and similar materials. The latex-free construction suits workers with latex sensitivities. Touchscreen-compatible fingertips allow use of mobile devices and tablets without removing the glove.
These gloves are suited for residential and light commercial trade work including HVAC installation, plumbing rough-in, and electrical work where dexterity and basic hand protection are required simultaneously. The color-coded hem simplifies size identification when pulling gloves from a shared job-site bin. The black palm coating conceals dirt and grime, keeping the glove looking serviceable through extended use. Sold as a pair in size XS, they are appropriate for workers requiring a smaller fit without sacrificing grip performance.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard-stock work glove for trade professionals requiring ANSI-rated puncture and abrasion protection. Part of the MCR SAFETY 96715 series, formerly marketed under the Memphis Glove brand.
Inspect gloves for tears or coating separation before each use. Do not use these gloves as primary protection against energized electrical conductors — consult NFPA 70E arc-rated and insulating glove requirements for electrical work on live circuits. Replace gloves when coating integrity is compromised or ANSI rating can no longer be assured. Proper hand protection selection should follow ANSI/ISEA 105 hazard assessment guidelines.
