The MCR SAFETY 93847S is a 13-gauge cut resistant glove designed for general purpose work involving sharp objects, sheet metal, glass, or other cutting hazards. The shell blends Kevlar, stainless steel fiber, and Spandex for a combination of cut resistance, abrasion resistance, and stretch fit. PVC dots on the palm side improve grip on parts and materials. The lightweight construction keeps hand fatigue low during extended wear. This glove is sized Small and is sold in pairs, with a minimum purchase quantity of 12 pairs. Licensed DuPont Kevlar construction is certified to DuPont standards.
The 93847S suits light to medium industrial applications including fabrication, assembly, packaging, and material handling where cut and abrasion hazards are present. The Spandex content provides a close, form-fitting feel that supports manual dexterity on detailed tasks. The blue and yellow color pattern aids in visual identification on the shop floor. This glove is appropriate for both industrial and light construction environments where workers handle sharp-edged components regularly.
Designed as an OEM-style work glove for general purpose cut-hazard applications in fabrication, assembly, packaging, and light manufacturing environments.
Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, punctures, or worn areas that reduce protection. Worn or damaged gloves should be removed from service immediately. Follow the employer hazard assessment and applicable ANSI/ISEA 105 guidelines when selecting and using cut resistant hand protection. Gloves should be sized correctly to the worker's hand to maintain dexterity and prevent slip-off during tasks.
