The MCR Safety 9379ARCS is a dual-rated cut and arc flash protection glove built for electricians, utility workers, and industrial technicians who need both hazards covered in a single glove. Constructed with a speckled green and black Kevlar and synthetic shell and a double-coated APG palm and fingertip coating, the glove delivers ANSI cut resistance alongside a Hazard Risk Category 1 arc flash rating. The 13-gauge knit construction keeps the glove lightweight and dexterous without sacrificing protection. Sold as a pair, sized Small, in black.
This glove is suited for tasks that involve both sharp-edge exposure and low-level arc flash risk — common in electrical panel work, light switchgear maintenance, and industrial assembly environments. The APG-coated palm and fingertips provide grip on tools and components in dry and lightly oily conditions. The lightweight Kevlar and synthetic shell helps reduce hand fatigue during extended wear. It is appropriate for general industry and electrical trades where HRC1 PPE compliance is required.
Designed as an OEM-style PPE glove for electricians and industrial workers requiring combined cut resistance and HRC1 arc flash protection in a single hand covering.
Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, abrasions, coating separation, or signs of thermal damage. Do not use damaged gloves for arc flash work. Gloves should be selected and used in accordance with NFPA 70E PPE requirements for the applicable arc flash boundary and incident energy level. Consult your site safety program and applicable electrical codes before specifying PPE for energized work.
