The MCR SAFETY 9318K7 is a universal-fit Kevlar sleeve designed to protect the forearm and wrist from cuts, abrasions, and flame exposure in industrial and trade environments. At 18 inches in overall length, it provides extended coverage from the wrist toward the upper forearm. The sleeve carries an ANSI/ISEA Abrasion Resistance Level 4 rating and is flame resistant, making it appropriate for welding, fabrication, foundry work, and other high-heat or sharp-edge applications. Elastic openings at both ends secure the sleeve in place without slipping during active work.
This sleeve is suited for use in manufacturing, metal fabrication, automotive, electrical, and construction trades where forearm protection is required. The universal sizing accommodates a wide range of workers without the need for size-specific inventory. The yellow color provides high visibility on the job site. It is worn over standard work gloves and long-sleeve garments or used as a standalone forearm guard depending on the application and site PPE requirements.
Designed as a general-purpose forearm sleeve for use in industrial, fabrication, and trade applications requiring ANSI-rated cut and abrasion protection. Compatible with standard work gloves and PPE ensembles across a wide range of worker hand and arm sizes due to universal fit.
This sleeve is worn PPE and requires no tools or fasteners. Pull the sleeve over the forearm with the elastic ends seated at the wrist and upper forearm. Inspect the sleeve before each use for fraying, burns, or compromised fibers that could reduce protection. Replace immediately if the Kevlar fabric shows visible damage or has been exposed to a flame event that may have degraded the material.
