The MCR SAFETY 9277NFS is a cut-resistant work glove designed for trade and industrial applications where hand protection from sharp edges, puncture hazards, and abrasive surfaces is required. Built on a 13-gauge HyperMax seamless shell, the glove meets ANSI/ISEA 105:2020 Cut Level A7 and ANSI/ISEA 105:2016 Puncture Level 3 and Abrasion Level 6. The palm and fingertips are coated with NFT nitrile foam, which delivers grip on both wet and dry surfaces. A reinforced thumb crotch extends service life at a high-wear contact point. The hi-visibility lime green color increases wearer visibility on job sites. Sized for men small or women extra-small, the glove ships as a single pair.
These gloves are suited for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical trades where workers handle sheet metal, conduit, copper pipe, glass, or other materials with cut and puncture risk. The foam nitrile palm coating provides grip when handling tools and components in tight spaces. The knit cuff keeps debris out without restricting wrist movement. The touchscreen-compatible palm allows workers to operate mobile devices without removing the glove. They are appropriate for both residential and light commercial service work where ANSI A7 cut protection is specified or required by site safety programs.
Designed as a general-purpose cut-resistant glove for trade professionals requiring ANSI A7 hand protection. Part of the MCR SAFETY 9277NF series, formerly marketed under the Memphis Glove brand.
Inspect gloves before each use for tears, coating separation, or compromised stitching at the thumb crotch. Cut-resistant gloves reduce laceration risk but do not eliminate it — always follow site-specific PPE protocols and applicable OSHA hand protection requirements. Replace gloves when the nitrile coating shows significant wear or when the shell fabric is visibly damaged. Gloves should be sized correctly; an ill-fitting glove reduces dexterity and protection.
