The MCR SAFETY 9218SVT is an 18-inch cut-resistant arm sleeve designed for workers in environments where blade, glass, or sharp-edge contact is a daily hazard. Constructed from 13-gauge seamless knit HyperMax yarn, the sleeve delivers high cut resistance while remaining lightweight and breathable for extended wear in warm conditions. The upper arm features an adjustable hook-and-loop strap band that secures the sleeve in place without restricting circulation. Upper and lower cuffs and the thumb slot are hemmed for long-term durability. Trades such as sheet metal work, glazing, fabrication, and food processing commonly rely on cut-resistant sleeves of this type.
The 9218SVT fits over standard work gloves and is suited for both indoor and outdoor applications where forearm and bicep protection is required. The elastic wrist section adds secondary retention at the lower end, and the adjustable hook-and-loop band at the bicep allows workers with varying arm sizes to achieve a secure, personalized fit. The salt and pepper color with black trim is consistent with general industrial and trade environments. Sold individually, with a minimum order quantity of 10 units.
Designed as a general-purpose cut-resistant sleeve for trade and industrial workers requiring forearm protection; fits over most standard work gloves.
Slide the sleeve over the hand and up the forearm before donning work gloves when glove-over-sleeve layering is preferred, or wear over the glove cuff depending on application. Adjust the hook-and-loop strap at the bicep for a snug fit that prevents the sleeve from sliding during use. Inspect the sleeve regularly for cuts, abrasions, or yarn separation that may reduce cut resistance, and replace any sleeve showing structural damage. Follow employer PPE programs and applicable ANSI cut-resistance standards when selecting and deploying cut-resistant arm protection.
