The MCR SAFETY 6016BM NitriShield is a 6 mil black nitrile disposable glove engineered for demanding industrial and trade applications. At 9.5 inches in length, it provides extended wrist coverage compared to standard exam-style gloves. The exterior features a fish-scale suction grip pattern derived from Grippaza technology, which maintains traction on wet, oily, and greasy surfaces. An embossed internal grip surface reduces slippage against the skin during prolonged wear. The lattice structure of the grip also reinforces overall tensile strength, improving resistance to tearing and puncture during heavy-use tasks. These gloves are powder-free, ambidextrous, and touchscreen compatible.
The 6016BM is suited for a wide range of industrial and service trades including automotive repair, assembly line work, paint spraying, electroplating, janitorial services, cleaning operations, asbestos abatement, and food service environments. The nitrile construction provides chemical resistance appropriate for incidental contact with common solvents, greases, and cleaning agents. Component materials comply with applicable federal regulations for food contact applications. The ambidextrous design reduces inventory complexity and speeds glove changes on the job.
Designed as a general-purpose disposable nitrile glove for industrial, automotive, food service, and janitorial applications requiring chemical splash and abrasion protection.
Disposable gloves should be inspected for tears or pinholes before each use. Discard immediately if the glove is punctured, torn, or contaminated with a hazardous material. Follow all applicable OSHA PPE standards and site safety protocols when selecting glove type for specific chemical exposures. Do not reuse disposable nitrile gloves in applications involving known carcinogens or highly hazardous chemicals.
