The MCR SAFETY 36136KDPM is a leather driver-style work glove built for trade professionals who need cut resistance, impact protection, and tactile sensitivity in a single glove. The shell is constructed from select-grade grain goatskin leather, which retains natural lanolin for a supple feel while delivering strong tensile strength and dexterity. A DuPont Kevlar liner adds cut resistance, and a hi-visibility orange thermoplastic rubber (TPR) panel on the back of the hand provides ANSI/ISEA 138 Level 1 impact protection. A padded double palm layer adds abrasion resistance and helps reduce vibration exposure during tool use.
This glove is suited for general construction, mechanical service, HVAC installation, electrical rough-in, and other trades where workers handle sharp sheet metal, tools, and equipment that create impact or abrasion risk. The shirred elastic back keeps the glove secure during repetitive hand movements, and the keystone thumb construction improves flexibility at the base of the thumb — a common stress point in driver-style gloves. Sold as a pair.
Designed as a general-purpose driver-style work glove for trade professionals requiring combined cut, impact, and abrasion protection in a medium-weight leather glove.
Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, tears, or degraded stitching that may reduce protection. Replace gloves when the liner or palm padding shows visible wear. Goatskin leather should be kept away from prolonged exposure to water or harsh solvents, which can accelerate material breakdown and reduce protective properties.
