The MCR SAFETY 36136HPL is a large-size leather drivers glove built for trades and industrial work where hand protection must not compromise dexterity. The shell is select grade grain goatskin leather, a hide known for high tensile strength and strong tactile sensitivity. A Hypermaxa cut-resistant liner adds a meaningful level of cut protection without bulking up the glove. Thermoplastic rubber (TPR) panels on the back of the hand absorb and deflect impact energy. A keystone thumb construction keeps the thumb seam away from grip contact points, reducing wear and improving comfort during extended use.
This glove is suited for applications where workers handle sheet metal, pipe, conduit, lumber, or other materials with edges and impact hazards. The shirred elastic back conforms to a wide range of hand widths and reduces hand fatigue on long shifts. Natural lanolin present in the goatskin leather maintains softness and flexibility without the need for break-in conditioning. Electricians, pipefitters, HVAC technicians, ironworkers, and general construction trades commonly specify this glove type for daily tool handling and materials handling tasks. Sold as a pair.
Designed as a large-size drivers glove for general trade and industrial applications requiring combined cut and impact hand protection.
Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, tears, or worn areas that could compromise protection. Replace immediately if the liner or shell shows damage. Gloves should be sized correctly — an oversized glove reduces grip control and increases snag risk around rotating equipment. Follow your site safety plan and applicable ANSI hand protection standards when selecting gloves for specific hazard levels.
