The MCR Safety 1960L is a pigskin grain leather palm work glove built for trade professionals who need durable hand protection in demanding environments. The top grain pigskin leather palm delivers better abrasion resistance than split leather and maintains performance in wet conditions. A 2.5-inch starched safety cuff provides wrist protection and helps keep debris out. The fleece-lined palm adds comfort during extended wear. This glove is sold as a pair and sized for large hands.
The 1960L is suited for general industrial, construction, plumbing, and pipefitting applications where grip, abrasion resistance, and tactile feedback are required. The wing thumb construction reduces hand fatigue and improves dexterity when handling pipe, fittings, conduit, and other trade materials. The shirred elastic back keeps the glove snug on the hand during active work.
Designed as a general-purpose leather palm work glove for large-hand users in industrial, construction, and mechanical trade applications.
Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, worn leather, or compromised stitching. Replace immediately if structural integrity is reduced. These gloves are intended for general hand protection and should not be used as a substitute for arc-rated, cut-resistant, or chemical-resistant PPE where those hazards are present. Follow applicable OSHA PPE requirements for hand protection selection on the job site.
