The MCR Safety 1450L is a foam-insulated cowhide leather palm glove built for cold-environment hand protection. It features an A-grade select shoulder cow split leather palm, full sock foam lining, and a 2.5-inch plasticized safety cuff. The blue, yellow, and black stripe fabric back includes a shirred elastic panel for a secure fit. A cotton hem finishes the cuff cleanly. This glove is sized Large and sold as a pair. It is intended for installation by professionals working in cold storage facilities, outdoor construction, and other below-freezing or cold-weather environments where dexterity and thermal protection are both required.
The 1450L is well-suited for below-freezing outdoor work sites such as highway construction in winter conditions, cold storage warehousing, refrigeration facility maintenance, and general industrial tasks where hand exposure to cold temperatures is a regular hazard. The foam insulation and full sock lining provide a consistent thermal barrier across the hand and fingers. The leather palm resists abrasion during tool handling and material manipulation tasks.
Designed as a general-purpose insulated leather work glove for cold-weather and cold-storage applications across trade and industrial environments.
Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, tears, or degraded insulation that could compromise thermal or mechanical protection. Leather palm gloves should be kept dry when possible, as saturation reduces insulation effectiveness and accelerates material breakdown. Replace gloves when the palm leather shows significant wear or when the foam lining no longer provides adequate thermal barrier.
