The MCR Safety 1412A is a heavy-duty work glove built for trade professionals who handle pipe, lumber, metal, and rough materials on the job. The palm and double palm layer are constructed from A select shoulder split cowhide leather, the highest grade of select shoulder leather, providing superior abrasion resistance and durability. A 4.5-inch plasticized safety cuff protects the wrist and lower forearm while making the gloves easy to launder. The back of the glove features a blue fabric with yellow stripes for visibility and sizing identification. Color-coded hems allow quick size sorting in the field or shop.
These gloves are suited for general industrial, construction, plumbing, mechanical, and light electrical work environments where hand protection against abrasion, puncture, and rough surfaces is required. The double leather palm construction makes them particularly effective for tasks involving repetitive gripping of rough pipe, conduit, framing lumber, or steel components. Sold in pairs, with a minimum order quantity of 12 pairs, making them practical for outfitting a crew or maintaining glove stock on a commercial job site.
Designed as a general-purpose leather palm work glove suitable for industrial, construction, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical trade applications requiring hand protection against abrasion and rough materials.
Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, tears, or worn leather that may compromise protection. Replace gloves when the palm leather shows significant thinning or damage. Store in a dry location away from direct sunlight and chemical exposure to preserve leather integrity. Follow applicable jobsite PPE requirements and OSHA hand protection standards when selecting gloves for specific hazard exposures.
