The MCR Safety 1411M is a double-palm work glove constructed from A select shoulder split cowhide leather, designed for trade professionals who work with pipe, steel, lumber, and other abrasive materials. The double-palm construction adds a reinforced layer of leather across the high-wear contact area, extending service life under heavy use. A 2.5-inch plasticized safety cuff protects the wrist and is designed to hold up through laundering. The glove back features a blue fabric with yellow stripes, and color-coded hems make size identification quick at the tool crib or supply house.
The 1411M is suited for general industrial and construction applications where cut and abrasion resistance from leather is preferred over synthetic alternatives. Typical users include pipefitters, ironworkers, general construction laborers, and maintenance technicians who handle rough stock, framing materials, or structural steel. The medium sizing fits a broad range of hand sizes and is sold by the pair with a minimum order quantity of 12 pairs, making it practical for crew or job-site stocking.
Designed as a general-purpose leather work glove for trade and industrial applications where ANSI-category leather palm protection is the specified glove type.
Leather work gloves should be inspected before each use for cuts, punctures, or deterioration that would reduce protection. Replace gloves that show visible wear through the palm or cuff. Follow applicable OSHA PPE standards and job-site safety programs when selecting and issuing hand protection. Launder per site protocols; the plasticized cuff is designed to withstand standard laundering cycles.
