The MCR Safety 1400S is a cowhide leather palm work glove built for general-purpose hand protection in industrial and construction environments. The palm is constructed from A select shoulder split leather, which is a higher-grade cut of cowhide known for durability and abrasion resistance. A 2.5-inch plasticized safety cuff extends wrist coverage and helps keep debris out. The blue fabric back with yellow stripe cuffs serves as a size indicator, making it faster to sort and distribute gloves on a job site. These gloves are sold in pairs and rated for laundering, which extends service life in high-rotation applications.
The 1400S is sized Small and suits a wide range of manual trades work including pipefitting, general construction, carpentry, and material handling. The A select shoulder leather palm holds up against pipes, lumber, metal edges, and other abrasive surfaces typical on commercial and industrial job sites. Single-hand variants are available: 1400LH is the left hand only option and 1400RH is the right hand only option. A vending-packaged version is also available under the part number VP1400A for vending machine or tool crib distribution setups.
Designed as an OEM-style general-purpose leather palm work glove suitable for pipefitting, construction, carpentry, and material handling applications. Compatible vending-packaged option available as VP1400A.
Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, tears, or leather separation that may compromise protection. Follow the manufacturer laundering instructions to maintain leather integrity and cuff structure. Store away from direct heat sources and sharp edges to prevent premature wear. Replace gloves when the palm leather shows significant thinning or the cuff loses structural rigidity.
