The MCGILL 2120100000 is a plain stud cam follower designed for use in cam-and-follower mechanisms found in industrial machinery, conveyor systems, and motion-control applications. It features a cylindrical steel needle roller with a 1.25-inch roller diameter and 0.75-inch roller width, paired with a 0.5-inch stud diameter and a 1-1/4-inch stud length. The needle roller bearing design provides high radial load capacity in a compact envelope. This follower is unsealed, making it appropriate for applications where external lubrication is maintained. Mechanical technicians and millwrights are the primary installers of this type of component.
This cam follower is suited for industrial and light manufacturing environments where a stud-mount track roller is required to follow cam profiles or guide along track surfaces. The 1/2-20 threaded stud with a 5/8-inch thread length allows secure mounting into tapped bores in standard machine frames and fixtures. At a maximum rated speed of 3,100 RPM and a dynamic load capacity of 3,930 pounds, it handles moderate-to-heavy radial loads in continuous-duty cycle equipment. It is a direct-fit replacement for applications currently using the McGill part number CF 1-1/4.

Do not exceed the rated dynamic load or maximum RPM for the application.
