    Very Poor Customer Service

    I purchased from voomi supply under the assumption they had an easy 30 day return policy. I used this vacuum one time and it did not perform well with my pool shape. I emailed customer service to have it returned. They are denying my request and said I needed to contact Maytronics for a warranty claim. This is not a warranty issue, I am not saying the robot is broken, it just doesn't work with the shape of my pool. If they do not do the right thing, it will be a $600 investment that I will have to dispose of. I would be very careful before you do business with this company.
