The MATCO-NORCA dun-ea05 is a 1-inch female pipe thread (FPT) by female pipe thread dielectric union designed to isolate dissimilar metals in potable water and plumbing systems. A dielectric union prevents galvanic corrosion at the joint between copper and steel or iron pipe by electrically isolating the two sides.
