The MATCO-NORCA CRTF0503LF reducing adapter tee measures 1 x 1 x 1/2 inches. The cast brass tee (side x side x center) allows connection of a 1/2" male threaded pipe, valve, or nipple to a 1" copper line. This fitting is commonly used in expansion tank or air vent installation, and to provide convenient means of installing an in-line drain valve or a temperature/pressure gauge.
