The Mastercool 55800 Intellasense Refrigerant Leak Detector is a handheld detector that uses a metal oxide (tin oxide) gas sensor and a microprocessor to detect chlorofluorocarbon gases, HFCs and blends; it is tested for R1234yf, R32 and R410a. The unit offers selectable high/medium/low sensitivity with a super-sensitive mode, a progressive LCD with visual status and diagnostics, and runs on two D batteries for about 60 hours. It includes a flexible 15.5-inch probe with an intelligent tip for hard-to-reach locations.

  • Microprocessor-controlled operation with progressive LCD, 10 vertical signal bars, H/M/L sensitivity and diagnostic codes E1–E9
