The MASTER LOCK S1900 is a deluxe, wall-mounted lockout station designed to organize and store lockout/tagout devices for an entire department. Built from resilient polycarbonate, it provides superior heat resistance and impact strength compared to standard stations. The translucent, lockable cover protects contents from dust and debris while preventing unauthorized removal of equipment. The station ships unfilled, allowing safety coordinators, facilities managers, and qualified technicians to stock it with the padlocks, hasps, and devices specific to their site requirements.
This station is suited for industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities where OSHA lockout/tagout (LOTO) programs are in place. It mounts directly to a wall, keeping safety equipment centralized and accessible near electrical panels, mechanical rooms, or process equipment areas. Trilingual labeling supports English, Spanish, and French, making it appropriate for multilingual work environments. The station can be populated with a wide range of lockout devices from a variety of manufacturers to meet department-specific needs.
Designed as an unfilled lockout station compatible with standard padlocks, hasps, lockout tags, and lockout devices. No specific padlock or device is included; populate with lockout/tagout hardware appropriate for the equipment and hazard types present at the facility.
Mount to a solid wall surface using appropriate fasteners for the wall material; hardware selection should account for the station weight of 15 pounds when fully loaded with devices. Power down, de-energize, or otherwise isolate all relevant equipment before performing any lockout/tagout procedures at this station. Installation and administration of lockout/tagout programs should comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 and applicable facility safety standards. A qualified safety officer or facilities technician should oversee placement to ensure the station is accessible to all personnel who perform LOTO procedures.
