The high-hide formula blocks previous paint colors and medium stains including water, tannin, ink, pencil, felt marker, and grease. It promotes excellent adhesion across a wide range of substrates and leaves a mildew-resistant coating. Contractors and skilled tradespeople apply it as a preparatory coat to equalize surface porosity and minimize finish-coat inconsistencies.
