The MASTER BRAND 13002 is a water-base primer, sealer, and stain blocker formulated for both interior and exterior applications. It dries fast, produces low odor, and carries a zero VOC formulation, making it suitable for occupied or enclosed spaces. The product blocks previous colors and medium stains while sealing surfaces to deliver a uniform finish before topcoating. It offers excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates and provides a mildew resistant coating once cured.
