The MASTER BRAND 13000 is a water-base primer, sealer, and stain blocker formulated for both interior and exterior applications. It dries fast, carries zero VOC content, and produces low odor during application. The high-hide formula blocks previously painted colors and medium-level stains while sealing surface porosity differences to promote a uniform topcoat finish. It delivers excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates and leaves a mildew-resistant coating behind. This product ships in a 5-gallon container and weighs 58 pounds. Painting contractors and general tradespeople are the primary installers.

This primer is suited for residential and commercial projects where varied substrates or staining conditions require a reliable bonding layer before a latex or oil-based finish coat.
