Mars B48 is a Gates Hi-Power II wrapped V-belt in B section designed for classical power transmission applications. It has a 48 in outside length, 0.66 in top width (21/32 in) and 0.41 in thickness. The belt features patented concave sidewalls, flex-bonded cords and a Flex-Weave cover for protection from oil, dirt, heat, ozone and weather. It meets RMA requirements for static conductivity and oil/heat resistance.
