The MARATHON MOTORS X019 is designed for HVAC applications and replaces PSC and shaded pole motors in direct drive furnaces and air conditioners. It features dynamically balanced rotors for reduced vibration and quiet operation. This motor operates similarly to capacitor-start motors, but without a centrifugal starting switch.
