The MANSFIELD PLUMBING PRODUCTS 137CTK is a complete in-box toilet kit designed for straightforward residential and light commercial installation. This elongated, ADA-compliant unit ships as a single package that includes everything needed to complete a toilet replacement or new installation: toilet bowl, tank, toilet seat, flange bolts, and wax ring. The bowl height of 16.75 inches meets ADA comfort-height requirements. The gravity-flush system uses a 2-inch flush tower rated at 800 grams of flush force and delivers 1.6 gallons per flush (GPF), in compliance with federal water efficiency standards. The white vitreous china finish is standard for residential applications.
This kit is suited for residential bathrooms, accessible restrooms, and light commercial settings where ADA-compliant fixtures are required. The 12-inch rough-in dimension fits the most common toilet footprint in North American construction, making it a direct fit for the majority of existing rough-in configurations. Because all hardware and the wax ring are included, the kit reduces trip time and eliminates the need to source components separately. Plumbers and licensed contractors will find it appropriate for remodel, replacement, and new construction scenarios.
Designed as a complete OEM-style replacement or new-installation toilet for residential and light commercial applications with a standard 12-inch rough-in configuration.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the water supply and flush the existing toilet to drain the tank and bowl before removing the old fixture. Standard hand tools are sufficient for most installations; use a wax ring compressor or firm hand pressure to seat the wax ring evenly before bolting the bowl to the flange. Do not overtighten flange bolts, as this can crack the porcelain base.
