The MACOMB GROUP 4229-249 is a FlameGuard® reducer coupling with a socket weld connection. Constructed from CPVC material conforming to ASTM D1784 Type IV Grade I Cell Class 23447 standards, it measures 2 X 1 IN in nominal size, with an outside diameter of 2-7/8 X 1-23/32 IN and a length of 3-1/8 IN. It withstands a maximum pressure of 175 PSI at 150 DEG F.
