Macomb Group 1000162 is a pipe covering protection saddle designed to protect insulation on 10 in nominal pipelines. The Model 162 is constructed of low carbon steel with a plain finish, accommodates 2 in insulation (actual covering thickness 2-1/16 in), and provides a 7-5/8 in center line to outside dimension. It is notched to minimize surface contact, rated for 1800 lb, and specified for service up to 650 deg F.
