The M.K. MORSE 163410100C-MSC is a carbon steel band saw blade coil stock designed for metal-cutting and general fabrication applications. Supplied as a 100-foot continuous coil, it allows shops and service technicians to cut custom blade lengths to fit a wide range of band saw frames. The blade is 1/2 inch wide and 0.025 inches thick, with a 10 teeth per inch (TPI) constant pitch and a raker tooth set. The flexible back construction reduces blade fatigue and helps the blade track smoothly through curves and contour cuts. This coil format is well suited for facilities that run multiple saws or frequently need replacement blades on hand.
This coil stock is intended for stationary and portable band saws used in metal fabrication shops, maintenance facilities, HVAC fabrication, and plumbing rough-in work where cutting metal pipe, conduit, or structural stock is routine. The 10 TPI constant pitch is a practical general-purpose configuration for cutting mild steel, thin-wall tubing, and similar ferrous materials. The raker set pattern provides reliable chip clearance and consistent cut quality across a range of material thicknesses. Technicians in trade environments will find the 100-foot coil a cost-effective way to keep blade inventory stocked without frequent reordering.
Designed as a general-purpose replacement coil stock for band saws that accept 1/2 inch wide blades with a 0.025 inch blade thickness.
Blade cutting and joining should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with band saw blade welding or mechanical fastening methods. Always power down and lockout the band saw before removing or installing any blade. Use appropriate blade-length measuring tools and blade-joining equipment rated for carbon steel stock. Follow the band saw manufacturer guidelines for blade tension and tracking adjustment after installation.
