The M.A. FORD 92150002 is a single-end, three-flute countersink designed for chamfering, countersinking, and deburring operations in a wide range of materials. Built from high-speed steel with a bright, uncoated finish, it carries an 82-degree included angle and a 41-degree centerline angle. The 3/4-inch straight-cylindrical shank seats securely in standard toolholders, and the 3-7/8-inch overall length provides reach suited to both bench and machine applications. This tool does not include a pilot. It is intended for machinists, tool-and-die technicians, and maintenance professionals working on metal and plastic workpieces.

This countersink is appropriate for use on aluminum, brass, magnesium, magnesium alloy, high-nickel steel, Monel, and plastic substrates.
