The M.A. FORD. 67025001 is a single-end, straight-cylindrical shank countersink designed for chamfering, countersinking, and deburring operations in metal fabrication and machining applications. It features a 60-degree included angle (30-degree centerline angle) with a burr-free, bright uncoated finish on a high-speed steel body. The shank diameter is 0.25 inches with an overall length of 2 inches and a maximum cutting diameter of 0.230 inches. The fluteless design allows smooth, chatter-free cutting across a wide range of materials. This tool is commonly installed and operated by machinists, tool-and-die specialists, and maintenance technicians working with drill presses, CNC machines, or hand-held power tools.
