The M.A. FORD 61T050004 is a single-flute countersink designed for precise countersinking operations in metalworking and fabrication applications. Built from high-speed steel with a titanium nitride (TiN) coating, this tool delivers a 100-degree included angle and a maximum cutting diameter of 0.5 inches. The straight-cylindrical shank measures 0.25 inches in diameter with a 2-inch overall length. It is sized and configured for use in drill presses, CNC machining centers, and hand-held power tools. Machinists, tool-and-die workers, and fabricators install this type of countersink to create flush-seat recesses for fasteners in a wide range of materials.
