The M.A. FORD. 60018704 is a single-flute solid carbide countersink designed for precision countersinking operations across a wide range of materials. It features a 100-degree included angle (50-degree centerline angle) and a 3/16-inch straight cylindrical shank. The bright/uncoated finish maintains close tolerances straight from the tool. At 1-1/2 inches overall length with a 0.0450-inch tip diameter, this countersink is suited for tight-clearance applications where a compact tool is required. Machinists and tool-and-die professionals install this type of tool in CNC machining centers, drill presses, and manual mills.
