The M.A. FORD 2XDSR2656A is a jobber-length solid carbide drill bit with a 17/64 inch (0.2656 inch) diameter and a 142-degree split-point angle. It carries an ALTiN (Aluminum Titanium Nitride) finish that increases surface hardness and heat resistance, extending tool life in demanding applications. The straight cylindrical shank measures 5/16 inch (0.3125 inch) in diameter, and the overall length is 3.58 inches. Designed for high-performance drilling, this bit is suited for use in CNC machining centers, drill presses, and manual setups where close-tolerance holes are required.
