Built from solid carbide and finished with a TiN (titanium nitride) coating, this bit delivers extended tool life and resistance to wear. It features a 142-degree split point for accurate self-centering entry and reduced thrust, a 7xD flute-to-diameter ratio for deep-hole capability, and a right-hand spiral flute for efficient chip evacuation. The straight cylindrical shank provides secure chuck engagement. Internal coolant-through channels allow cutting fluid delivery directly to the cutting zone, reducing heat buildup and improving chip clearing in deeper bores.
