Ground to a No. 7 wire size diameter of 0.2010 inches, this reamer holds a tight tolerance of +0.0001 to +0.0003 inches, making it suitable for close-tolerance bore work. The 4-flute straight flute geometry and right-hand cut deliver consistent chip evacuation and surface finish in through-hole and short blind-hole applications. Overall length is 3.0 inches with a 1-inch flute length. The straight shank mounts directly in drill chucks, collets, or floating holders on CNC machining centers, manual mills, and drill presses.
