The M.A. FORD. 22935940 is a solid carbide jobber length drill bit designed for high-performance drilling in non-ferrous metals and similar materials. It features a 150-degree split point, a three-flute parabolic geometry, and a web-thinned tapered web to reduce thrust and improve chip evacuation. The bit measures 23/64 inch (0.3594 inch) in diameter with a 4-1/4 inch overall length and a 2-3/4 inch flute length. A bright, uncoated finish is standard, and the straight-cylindrical shank seats directly into standard drill chucks. This bit is manufactured to DIN 6537 L standards and produced under ISO 9001:2015 certified conditions.

This drill bit is suited for production and maintenance drilling applications in non-ferrous metals including aluminum, brass, copper, and similar N- and O-category workpiece materials.
