Measuring 0.144 inches in diameter (Wire Size 27), it features a 135-degree split point with web thinning to reduce thrust and improve centering without a center punch. The overall length of 2.0625 inches and the shortened flute geometry of screw machine length tooling make it well suited for rigid setups where rigidity and chip evacuation are priorities.
