It carries a wire gauge size of No. 45 with a decimal diameter of 0.0820 inches and an overall length of 1.75 inches. The 118-degree faceted point geometry delivers clean entry and accurate positioning without walking. A web-thinned, tapered web design reduces thrust force at the tip. With a 5xD flute-to-diameter ratio and regular spiral fluting, the bit evacuates chips efficiently while maintaining rigidity.
