The M.A. FORD. 20061020 is a solid carbide, straight-flute die drill bit designed for precision holemaking in demanding industrial and toolroom applications. The bit measures 0.6102 inches (15.50 mm) in diameter with an overall length of 3.504 inches (89.00 mm) and a flute length of 1.260 inches (32.00 mm). It features a 135-degree split point for accurate self-starting entry and reduced thrust, and a web-thinned geometry that improves chip evacuation. The uncoated carbide construction is suited for applications where coolant or coating would interfere with tolerance requirements.
