Built to Series 200 standards and conforming to DIN specifications, this bit features a 135-degree split point with web thinning for reduced thrust and accurate self-starting entry. The 0.5000-inch diameter is held to a tight tolerance of +0.0000 to -0.0005 inches. With a 3-inch overall length and a 1-inch flute, this drill is suited for short-reach drilling in tool steels, cast iron, stainless steel, and high-temperature alloys. Right-hand cutting direction with a two-flute configuration promotes efficient chip evacuation in tough materials.
